*The Discount is applied to the Rent for the nights of your stay. As a general rule we only charge our guests for the cleaning and damage waiver policy or any additional extras exactly what it costs us so we are unable discount those fixed costs.

If there is a need for Assistance with something at the home or just some Advice, Suggestions on activities, or if you are looking for something specific, I am nearly always available to help. I can be reached by phone, text at 808.346.1788. I do put each of our guests phone numbers onto my phone so even after hours I would know that it is a guest reaching out.

Being a full-time resident of the island, I do have a bit of additional knowledge of the area and would be happy to share some with you. If I don't have the answer right-off, I can usually find the resource to find what we need.
