One-Bedroom Poipu Villas

The condo was outstanding. Very clean and I am a hard person to please when it comes to cleanliness. Very well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware etc. Everything was labeled. Furniture was nice and clean and very comfortable. Great selection of beach equipment. Perfect location to beach access. I couldn't find anything wrong with the place. Outstanding customer service. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Manualoha #601 is exactly as advertised and more! The unit is extremely clean, quiet, and private. Lots of attention to details. Chris is a wonderful host, with great communication and accommodating when he can (we had a red eye flight and he kindly organized for us to have access to the pool for the day!). Unit is well equipped with anything and everything you need for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

My husband and I loved our January vacation last year in this Kauai condo so much that we returned for a longer stay this winter. The location is great--with a pool,tennis courts (for a small fee), beaches within a short walk. The condo itself is the best equipped short rental we've ever stayed in--with all the kitchen gadgets you'd ever want, plus beach chairs & umbrella, snorkeling stuff,boogie boards, & more. A downloadable booklet fully described how to use TV, wifi, etc., plus provided a list of local and not-so-local beaches, hikes, shopping, farmers markets, and restaurants. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, including mailing me my bathing suit which I'd inadvertently left in the dryer. All in all, an absolutely perfect accommodation in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Everything you need is available at 601. The bed and pillows are so comfortable ! The outside lanai is private and peaceful.
