It is an 11 building condo development in the Poipu Kai Resort and technically the closest condo development to Brennecke’s beach (depending on the unit you’re staying in). Manualoha 601 is our Kauai Vacation Rental. Featuring unique Hawaiian architecture, the spacious units range in size from 1000 – 1700 square feet and have spectacular garden or ocean views. The Manualoha complex has a lovely pool that is just 100 steps from Brennecke’s beach (great for extra fun before or after visiting the beach).
Manualoha Condo 601 is a Single bedroom unit that has a private entry and lanai. One of the great things is that it is on the first floor. There is no one above or below you. The entire Condo has been completely updated, it has one of the best Kitchens’ and Bathrooms’ in the complex especially considering all of the Vacation Rental Units there. Choose Manualoha if you want to be close to the beach and enjoy large comfortable accommodations with garden and ocean views. The tennis facilities of Poipu Kai Resort are right across from Manualoha, and walking paths lead through the resort’s pleasant grounds to the beaches and other attractions. There are also 2 Restaurants / Bars adjacent to the complex. One Kalapaki Joes, and the other is Brennecke’s Broiler.
